Matilda has a huge passion for helping her clients transform and showing them how to create a lifestyle that actually serves them, with an emphasis on cultivating self-love through self discipline.

She holds a qualification in sports nutrition and started competing in bodybuilding shows from age 17, overcoming her own personal battle with eating disorders and body dysmorphia.

With an unwavering commitment to empowering people both physically and mentally, nine years ago, she embarked on her transformative journey, driven by a profound personal battle against depression and eating disorders. Recognizing the transformative power of lifting weights and self-discipline, she embraced coaching as her calling, determined to not only conquer her own demons but to guide others through similar struggles.

Through her guidance, hundreds of women have not only sculpted their physiques but have undergone profound internal shifts, emerging as empowered, self-disciplined individuals.

At the core of Matilda’s coaching philosophy lies the potent blend of self-love and self-discipline. She believes that true transformation occurs when individuals cultivate a deep sense of compassion for themselves, coupled with the unwavering commitment to self-improvement and a mindset of resilience, determination, and self-love.

The Muscle Mommy Blueprint

The muscle mommy blueprint is a training split that is designed for maximal lower body development in the glutes, quads and hamstrings for those who are wanting to build a ‘wellness physique’. 

Each training block contains a variety of exercises in a 5 day format that can be fully customized based on your individual needs. The exercises have been carefully selected to target each muscle group in both their shortened and lengthened ranges and include various rep ranges to maximize the stimulus for hypertrophy (muscle gain).

There are also video demonstrations and tutorials on each exercise, so you never feel lost, as well as a community support group for all of our muscle mommies!
